I finally can upload and share with you this mod 😀 It is adding swimming skill (separately to fitness). Now, be careful with this mod. If your Sim can’t swim or has low level (0-2 swimming skill level) they can really easily drown if you spend in the water too much time! It includes also swimming in the ocean if you have Island Living, so don’t go far away at the beginning.

At first you’ll get Barely Floating buff. When you get the second buff – Risk of Drowning – this is high time to get your Sim out of water immediately! (as game likes to lag… save a lot your game not loose your favourite Sim 😛 )

How to learn swimming safely?

You can start regular classes or take individual lesson (available on phone under Work category). Also if other Sim has 5lvl of swimming skill, they can teach other to swim (all, children and adults).

With this skill few new interactions comes as well:

Each level unlocks some activities (that previously were always available).
At level 2: Sim can drift on the back and can jump from a diving platform into the pool normally or do cannonball (before those interactions are not available).
Level 3: Sim can also do snorkelling and do a swan dive from the diving platform.
Level 4: Sim can now scuba dive and do a backflip from a diving platform.
Level 5: Sim can now mentor other Sims in swimming and do freediving.

Also with each level Sim gets better stamina in the water, get tired more slowly. Style of swimming should be now affected by swimming skill, not fitness skill.

What’s important: No NPC nor Sim that is outside of currently played household should be able to drown! I made tests and those Sims are safe now. No NPCs were harmed in the making or testing of this mod… Still… be careful 😉

In the future I plan to add to this mod:
– swimming ring to protect from drowning
– saving the life of the drowning Sim.

The CPU racers in Mario Kart 64 aren’t exactly hard to beat, once you’ve got acceptable driving skills. It’s also about picking the right character but that’s another story.

I initially thought I was a master driver, but I recently found out that they’re handicapped by faulty code.

Long story short, they can only use a handful of items, which excludes some of the most powerful ones.

This handy ROM hack restores the damaged code and enables CPUs to utilize previously human-only items such as shells, triple banana peels, and triple red shrooms for extra speed.

11. Amagami Mario Kart (Mario Kart 64)

Now why stop at increasing the game’s difficulty by making CPUs better?

Instead of just that, let’s make everyone into a cute anime girl… yes, solid plan.

This incredibly particular ROM hack replaces every single character in the game with a girl from the Amagami SS anime, which is based on a PS2 dating simulator.

I loved the show to bits back when it was airing, so I can’t help but enjoy this absurd hack.

Just so you know, this mod includes some code from our previous entry too, therefore also fixing the limitations on CPU item usage. So it’s kind of a double whammy ROM hack.

The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask isn’t only one of the darkest entries in the long-lived franchise, but one of the most beloved.

That said, age hasn’t been kind to the iconic game. It lacks a certain ease-of-use that game developers have been refining over the years.

This hack tries to make the game more palatable for us spoiled modern gamers with some QoL improvements such as mapping all main masks and the Ocarina to the D-Pad, freeing up the C-Pad for other needs.

It also lets Link push blocks faster, magic arrows can be cycled through while aiming, and so much more.

9. Ocarina of Time REDUX (Ocarina of Time)

The same creator also brings us QoL improvements for The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, which also lacks many commodities. And perhaps even more than its sequel.

With this ROM hack, the D-Pad lets you access different boots rather than masks, but still provides the same benefit of freeing up your C-Pad.

The text speed is also faster, and the rupee indicator changes color depending on which wallet upgrade you own.

If you can get this running, there’s no reason ever to play the original game again.

8. Masked Quest (Majora’s Mask)

Many users have different concepts of what it means to improve a game.

Masked Quest for Majora’s Mask goes further than Majora’s Mask REDUX to freshen up the vanilla experience.

The creator calls this the “ultimate version” of Majora’s Mask, featuring improved dungeons, an overhauled hub town, and a generally more challenging experience.

All thanks to buffed enemies and even new foes originally cut from the game.

Of course, it doesn’t fail to include some QoL improvements too. Such as the ability to cycle through magic arrows while aiming and some changes copied from the game’s 3DS remake.

7. Super Mario: Star Road (SM64)

Super Mario 64 is one of the most popular games to hack.

And it has been at the forefront of ROM hack development for a very long time.

One of the first Super Mario 64 ROM hacks to become famous among Internet denizens was Super Mario: Star Road, which overhauls the game by adding new levels, new enemies, a revamped soundtrack, and an improved camera.

With 130 total stars to obtain over its renewed stages, this ROM hack should keep you busy for a long time.

6. F-Zero DXP (F-Zero X)

F-Zero is a pioneering and iconic series in the zero-g racing genre.

These men and women are our parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, or siblings. Many have shared their stories, but many others have not, and few details from their time in service are known.

The purpose of this guide is to assist veterans and their families in obtaining copies of their military personnel files from the National Archives in St. Louis, Missouri.

Details include the types of records available, where they are located, and how to obtain copies. The latter part of the guide details the information available on WWII units and ships. By researching the unit or ship to which a veteran was assigned, you can begin to piece together his or her unique wartime story, and better understand what the war means to your family.

Individuals Who Never Made It Home

Request the Individual Deceased Personnel File (IDPF). The IDPF will almost always establish his unit and give information on his burial. In many cases, it will also give valuable information about where and when he died, possibly including reports of the action in which he died. For men whose remains were never recovered or identified, extremely valuable records of the testimonies of his buddies are usually included, giving extraordinary information about the action, what happened to him, and when they last saw him. NOTE: You must send a letter before any information can be sent out to you. The letter should include your signed statement of willingness to pay the Freedom of Information Act fees for the work involved. If you are requesting your relative's IDPF, they may not charge you.

Individuals Who Made It Home After the War

If the individual came home then his discharge papers will provide a lot of valuable information. If you do not have these papers you will want to contact the National Personnel Records Center To get this information you must fill out a Standard Form 180. To get a form, call the following numbers and leave your name and address. The Standard Form 180 will be mailed to you.

The National Personnel Records Center might not have any information about the individual due to a fire in 1973 that destroyed many records. If this is the case, you may try contacting the Department of Veteran Affairs. They have addresses and information on veterans who applied for benefits. To find out if they have any information on your veteran, call them at 800-827-1000.

If the Department of Veteran Affairs does not have any information you can try contacting the Veteran Affairs Insurance Center at 800-669-8477.

If you do not know the individual's Social Security number and they applied for veterans benefits after April of 1973 you can send a $2 check made payable to the Department of Veteran Affairs. In a letter to them, ask for the individual's VA claim number, not his Social Security number. If the claim number is nine digits, then it is also the individual's SS number. Mail this letter to:

Once you find the individual's information, or if you already knew it, you can contact members of their military unit. Many can be easily found with Internet research. 2.1. Invoking the Interpreter¶

Nov 25, 2015 The nice thing is that if you need different version on python you can install them, you just have to remember to point ReplicatorG at the right version of python. Now download the latest version of ReplicatorG for whichever platform you are using from Version 0040 is the most current right now (and likely forever.). The interpreter’s line-editing features include interactive editing, historysubstitution and code completion on systems that support the GNU Readline library.Perhaps the quickest check to see whether command line editing is supported istyping Control-P to the first Python prompt you get. If it beeps, youhave command line editing; see Appendix Interactive Input Editing and History Substitution for anintroduction to the keys. If nothing appears to happen, or if ^P isechoed, command line editing isn’t available; you’ll only be able to usebackspace to remove characters from the current line.

The interpreter operates somewhat like the Unix shell: when called with standardinput connected to a tty device, it reads and executes commands interactively;when called with a file name argument or with a file as standard input, it readsand executes a script from that file.

A second way of starting the interpreter is python-ccommand[arg]..,which executes the statement(s) in command, analogous to the shell’s-c option. Since Python statements often contain spaces or othercharacters that are special to the shell, it is usually advised to quotecommand in its entirety with single quotes.

Some Python modules are also useful as scripts. These can be invoked usingpython-mmodule[arg].., which executes the source file for module asif you had spelled out its full name on the command line.

When a script file is used, it is sometimes useful to be able to run the scriptand enter interactive mode afterwards. This can be done by passing -ibefore the script.

When known to the interpreter, the script name and additional argumentsthereafter are turned into a list of strings and assigned to the argvvariable in the sys module. You can access this list by executing importsys. The length of the list is at least one; when no script and no argumentsare given, sys.argv[0] is an empty string. DeSmuME is derived from 'DS Emu' and 'ME' (which is popular for naming developer softwares, such as 'LoadME' and 'PassME'). Formerly known as YopYop DS, it is created by YopYop156 and is originally in French. DeSmuME is an open source Nintendo DS emulator playable in Linux, MAC OS and Windows; it is written in C++. The DeSmuMe, and also other Nintendo DS emulators, can be ported to the PlayStation Portable. However, it is useless as the PSP doesn't have a touchscreen and the processor to emulate Nintendo DS / 3DS games at full speed. But it shows that running a Nintendo DS software on PSP is possible.
As for compatibility issues, the DeSmuME lags behind NO$GBA. A limited number of games is playable on it but still with video, audio and control errors; famous titles such as Super Mario and Pokemon are not yet supported. I am having trouble getting my X52 Pro to work on Windows 10. It has worked before (I've owned it for about 6 months), but I'm not sure what caused it to cease working. The recent Windows update may be relevant, I'm not sure.
Nevertheless, when it is plugged in, everything is lit except the MFD and the throttle control position markers. It is listed as an 'Unkown Device' in Windows Device manager. I've tried a clean install of the latest Saitek drivers (http://prntscr.com/9r2fid). During the installation process of the driver it prompts me to plug in the HOTAS but it does not recognize it. I've tried the 2 front USB 2.0 ports, 2 rear USB 2.0 ports, and a few USB 3.0 ports. I've also tried rebooting my computer and various combinations of having the HOTAS unplugged or plugged in prior to the driver install process.
Lastly, I've tried 'Update Driver' in Device Manager but to no avail. (http://prntscr.com/9r2fbk)
I am considering reinstalling Windows 10, but I'm not sure if that will even work.
Any help will be appreciated.
